Suboptimal financial management is one of the main challenges faced by BUMDes. This community service activity aims to increase the capacity of Village-Owned Enterprises BUMDes administrators in Sakra Barat District in transparent, accountable financial management, and in accordance with the principles of good governance according to laws and regulations. The methods used include interactive lectures, group discussions, direct practice of recording transactions using Microsoft Excel, and assistance in preparing simple financial reports. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in the ability of participants to understand basic reporting concepts, conduct financial records professionally, and prepare financial reports that are more systematic and in accordance with standard formats. This activity succeeded in raising administrators' awareness of the importance of the principles of transparency and accountability in managing village business funds.
